Q. How do I access the exhibitor technical manual?
A. This manual will be available shortly and can be accessed through the Exhibitor Zone; login using the password sent to you via email and click on the link 'Technical Manual'.
Q. When will I receive my exhibitor badges?
A. Approximately 3 weeks prior to the show or if you need replacement/additional badges they can be obtained from 2pm onwards on Tuesday 7th October 2008.
Q. How do I access the PR and marketing guide?
A. This guide will be available shortly and can be accessed through the Exhibitor Zone; login using the password sent to you via email and click on the link 'PR & marketing guide'.

A. Please complete the password request form on the Exhibitor Zone login page. Your password will then be emailed to you.

Q. How do I create my own page on the Total Workplace Management website?
A. Our website attracts massive visitor traffic in the lead up to the show and we've made it easy for all our exhibitors to promote themselves and their new products. You can access your extranet page through the Exhibitor Zone using the password sent to you via email. Q. Am I entitled to a free entry in the official Total Workplace Management 2008 show guide?
A. Yes, as an exhibitor at TWM you are entitled to a free entry in the official show guide, which is distributed free of charge to all pre-registered visitors. Please refer to the PR & marketing guide, accessed through the Exhibitor Zone, for further details.
Q. Can I submit press releases to appear on the Total Workplace Management 2008 website?

Q. Can I nominate my important clients for VIP status?

Q. When will I receive my contractor passes?
A. Approximately 3 weeks prior to the show.
Q. What should I do if the details on my badges are incorrect?
A. When you arrive onsite, the badge query desk can amend any details and print off a revised version of your badge.
Q. What are the build up and break down times?
A. These dates will be confirment in the Exhibtor Zone once the technical manual is live.
