Launching at Total Workplace Management - The FM and Estates Event is Every Can Counts, a new recycling programme which aims to provide a convenient way to recycle drinks cans consumed at work. Every Can Counts combines a branded drinks can recycling service with an innovative communications programme to inform and motivate employees. It will work either as a stand alone scheme or complement an existing programme.
By encouraging drinks can recycling organisations can take a positive step towards reducing their impact on the environment and contributing towards more sustainable use of global resources. Participation in Every Can Counts is a good way to demonstrate a business’ commitment to sustainability, not just to employees but also to customers.
Every Can Counts is being developed by the Aluminium Packaging Recycling Organisation (Alupro) and funded by the drinks can manufacturers, aluminium packaging producers and recyclers and the Waste Resources Action Programme (WRAP). Find out more by visiting us on Stand E125.
