A. The technical manual isn’t live yet, you will be notified once it is. Once live this manual can be accessed through the Exhibitor Zone; login using the password sent to you via email and click on the link 'Technical Manual'.

A. The PR & Marketing Guide isn’t live yet. Once live this guide can be accessed through the Exhibitor Zone; using the password sent to you via email and click on the link 'PR & marketing guide'.

A. Please refer to the PR & marketing guide, accessed through the Exhibitor Zone, which contains essential information on how to maximise your investment at the show. Or alternatively contact the marketing team.
Q. Am I entitled to a free entry in the official Total Workplace Management 2010 show guide?
A. Yes, as an exhibitor at Total Workplace Management you are entitled to a free entry in the official show guide, which is distributed free of charge to all pre-registered visitors. Please refer to the PR & marketing guide, accessed through the Exhibitor Zone, for further details.
Q. Can I submit press releases to appear on the Total Workplace Management 2010 website?
A. Yes, please email your press releases/news stories/case studies to Guy Melzack at guy.melzack@ubm.com.
Q. Can I nominate my important clients for VIP status?
A. Yes, you can nominate 10 of your most important clients to be automatically upgraded to VIP status. Please refer to the PR & marketing guide once live, accessed through the Exhibitor Zone, for further details.
Q. When will I receive my contractor passes?
A. Approximately 3 weeks prior to the show.
Q. What should I do if the details on my badges are incorrect?
A. When you arrive onsite, the badge query desk can amend any details and print off a revised version of your badge.
Q. What are the build up and break down times?
A. These dates will be confirmed in the Exhibitor Zone once the technical manual is live.
